We hereby inform you that, pursuant to the Decree of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, No: Tt- 14/28977-2 dated 2 February 2015, the affiliated company ZM-MONTAG d.o.o., Personal Identity Number (OIB): 67750890782 merged with the parent company ZAGREB-MONTAŽA d.o.o. za gradnju gospodarskih objekata /limited liability company for the construction of industrial facilities/, Personal Identity Number (OIB): 06588149401, and consequently, as of the aforementioned date, the company ZM-MONTAG d.o.o. ceases to exist as an independent legal entity, while at the same time the company ZAGREB-MONTAŽA d.o.o. za gradnju gospodarskih objekata /limited liability company for the construction of industrial facilities/ becomes the overall legal successor of the merged company.
ZM-Montag Ltd. is a company specialized for facility construction according to the "turn-key" system.
